The Honeywell TE529ELW displays your local weather forecast for the upcoming 12 to 24 hours with the Graphical Weather Forecasting icons (cloudy, rainy, sunny, etc.) See the indoor/outdoor temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit and humidity at a glance. The outdoor temperature and humidity are transmitted from a small sensor (TS33C), included, that can be located up to 100 feet from the main unit. The Honewell TE529ELW supports up to 3 remote sensors and with an auto scan feature to display the temeperature at each sensor automaticly. Users will also delight in the unit's wide outdoor temperature range--which varies from -38 to 158 degrees F when powered by lithium batteries to -4 to 158 degrees F on alkaline batteries. Get the most accurate time from the Atomic Clock accurate to within one second of official U.S. government time and features dual alarm with snooze. A built in ice warning can be set to wake you early because of freezing temperatures. The display unit which mounts on the wall or sits on the desktop, requires two AA batteries (not included), as does each remote sensor. The system is backed by a one-year warranty.

Seems to work just fine with the exception of the little cloud cartoon Cartoon of clouds doesn't change, but husband is a weather nut so he loves this thing. Outside temp doesn't always register I'm very happy with this product, despite the fact that it does not always register the outside temp. I get dashes instead of numbers every couple days, haven't figured out yet what may be interfering with it, but pushing the down arrow for a few seconds gets it searching for the signal again and it always registers when I do that. I live in a cold area and am hoping the lithium batteries really do let it register those temps below -4 degrees this winter (unless, better yet, we don't have those this year!). Good product for the money. Great item, everyone should have one!!!!!! This is a terrific product, everyone should have one of these.
