Coolest Alarm clock radio by far!
This is a great looking alarm clock. Small and compact and very modern looking. The screen is very easy to read at night and day with a cool orange/amber backround with black numbers which has 3 different brightness levels. I found it very easy to operate, as far as setting the time, alarm, and other settings, Didn't even need to read the manual. A very nice touch to this clock is the "illuminating" light which you can have on or off on the bottom of the unit. The 4 melody alarms are great if you prefer not to wake up to the conventional buzzer or radio (which it has as well). The price is a little steep for this clock but the build quality and many features of this little guy more than make up for it. You wont be disappointed.
Solid clock
I searched way too much looking for the perfect clock radio, my wife would say "too much." I finally settled on this Sony due to features and looks and have been very pleased with my purchase.
PROS: Very nice looking clock, tuner works great, love the presets, small size, dual alarm, digital tuning, dimmer, and more.
CONS: A few too many buttons, no battery backup, no atomic clock synchonization.
Poor excuse for a radio, but a cute clock
This is a cute little clock that is easy to set. The radio controls are easy to use, but the near station rejection is so poor that a single strong signal takes over nearly the entire FM tuning range. My old (circa 1966)analog tuned clock radio works much better.
